“We Are Victorious,” Matthew 16:13-18

“We Are Victorious,” Matthew 16:13-18

This series, “WE” is also our theme for this year. We’re trying to change our pronoun from they, them and me to we and us because WE are the body of Christ. As you go through the New Testament especially, and all the descriptions of the church, you will notice that they are always “we” and “us.” All these promises that we grabbed and now ake them to make them personal, they are actually corporate promises. They are not promises for Abie. They are promises for the body of Christ which happily includes Abie. They are our promises. We need a change of heart, a change of mind to understand who we are so we can understand what we’re called to be, what we are called to do. This is our last sermon that concludes our six week series. Pastor Abie Kulynych and his first son Noah Kulynych talk about how “We Are Victorious” in Christ.
