“Self-control,” Titus 2:11-14

During the past three months we talked about the spiritual aspects of being the church. Jesus has connected us to himself and to each other, but tonight we start a little bit of a different path. What does that connection look like? How do we live it out practically? How do we unite rather than talking about unity? How do we literally bear each other’s burden? How do we create an environment for the confession of sin and the healing of body, mind and spirit? How can tangibly love and serve each other as Jesus has loved and served us? What does it mean to be the church in more than our name, but our deed. These are some of the questions that Pastor Abie Kulynych starts answering in today’s message, “Self-control.”
