This first was given power from the dragon, this one talks like the dragon. The first made war with the saints, this one gives a mark to all those who worship the image of the first. This passage contains the two things that have probably been talked about the most from the book of Revelation, the mark of the beast and that mysterious number, 666. What can this passage teach us about God’s character? What do these things really mean? What are we supposed to do with them or about them? Don’t be distracted and don’t be deceived.
