II Peter Bible Study: Wednesday, February 27th, 7:00 PM

II Peter chapter 2 is almost completely about false teachers. Peter gives warnings about them, he reveals who they are and how they operate and he promises that they will be judged to the point of destruction. If we aren’t careful, it can be a chapter that sounds fearful or hopeless, but in the middle of it, Peter gives us reminders that every time God has exercised judgement He has also provided mercy, that there is never destruction without an opportunity for deliverance. It’s important that we remember that mercy can’t be extended without a confrontation and God’s judgment is always a call to confess, repent and be forgiven. Join us Wednesday night as we discuss II Peter 2:4-11, seeing how false teachers operate and how God gives grace even in the midst of the most deceitful and dangerous places.

We will be gathering on Wednesday, February 27th at 7:00 PM at the Kulynych’s home, 945 Bordentown Rd. in Burlington. We apologize but there is no childcare provided for this gathering.
