Today, I want us to talk about how we respond when God says and does things that we don’t understand, even things that we don’t like, and if I can say this without offending anyone, how do we respond when God says or does things that we don’t think are right? In this passage we have two groups of people listening to the exact same words, one group struggles to understand while the other group chooses to believe. The Scriptures and the Holy Spirit will always lead us into all truth, but the reality is, that truth is often hard for us to grasp, sometimes it makes us uncomfortable, often it even offends us so that it can change our perspective, our beliefs and our expectations. What do we do when God says and does difficult things in our lives?
