-Fear, Doubt, Anxiety, Prejudice and Need–a fast of every opinion and emotion that tempts us to be anything other than thankful. This will be an entire day in which we will give thanks in all things, we will remind ourselves of who God is and what God has done rather than focusing on what we don’t know and what God still needs to do.
